We couldn’t be happier with the amazing job done by Rachelle at Outstanding Occasions. I heard so many stories from friends who were swamped and overwhelmed by details on the day of their daughter’s weddings. I had an amazing day, and was able to relax and be totally present and enjoy every minute of the day. Rachelle handled every detail and was a pleasure to be around. She clearly understood my daughter’s vision for the day, and was able to make that vision a reality!

My husband and I hired Caitlin from Outstanding Occasions for our wedding and it was the absolute BEST decision ever. Caitlin was a joy to work with! She is a consummate professional with an incredible eye for design and sophistication. She made our wedding the most incredible day ever. From start to finish, she exceeded all of our expectations. Every single detail was sheer perfection. Our wedding turned out far better than we could have ever imagined! We didn’t have to worry about a single thing on our wedding day. Where do I begin?! Hiring Sip and Twirl was one of the best decisions we made when it comes to our wedding. Kate is truly AMAZING at her job. We worked together for about a year leading up to our wedding day. She helped me with literally EVERY detail and made my entire vision come to life! Most importantly, she kept me calm and reassured me every step of the way, even during a pandemic. She was extremely patient and kind through it all. On wedding day, everything was PERFECT! Every detail was handled by Kate and Laurie. They worked so well with the venue and all my vendors. It was seriously all a dream come true! My family and I had a wonderful time at the recent holiday event Zohar Productions organized for us. The entertainment, festive lighting, and décor were truly amazing. Everyone loved being greeted by the camel in the driveway and having a plexiglass see-through dance floor set-up on top of the pool. The team at SLIC is world class. There’s really no other way to say it. I came into the wedding planning process looking for a partner who understood my vision and priorities and could worry about all the things I knew I didn’t have time to worry about. Kayla did that and more. Her connections, creativity and drive are unmatched. She also works with the best—staff and vendors. I could totally trust her and not only did she deliver, she overdelivered. My husband and I, our families and our guests had the time of our our lives and the little touches SLIC guaranteed were noticed. And as a bride, my day was perfect—I soaked it up while Kayla and Amanda made it happen. I would recommend Kayla and the entire team at SLIC, plus the vendors they recommend, without hesitation.

I cannot say enough great things about Meant2Be. I had originally hired a different wedding planner which didn’t end up working out. It was a pretty poor experience and my spirits were low. I was referred to Meant2Be and instantly fell in love with Tasha and Taylor. I can honestly say they made me excited about my wedding again. Taylor was my lead planner and she was SO great. She was responsive, timely, professional, caring and FUN. She thought about all the small details that I hadn’t. She was always willing to work around my crazy schedule which was much appreciated. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, even rushing to the store day of to pick up a few items that had broken outside the prior night due to heavy winds. That type of service is unprecedented. She also assisted with a vendor issue I had AFTER my wedding. I am a very particular person and I can confidently say, I would recommended Meant2Be to anyone! Thanks for making my wedding amazing ladies!

Meant2Be Events provided the kind of support necessary to provide my husband and I with the fairytale wedding experience we could have only dreamed of. Upon our first meeting we were asked what was most important to us… We mentioned that we did not want to think about anything during the wedding because we just wanted to focus on spending time with our friends and family. It is safe to say that need was met and then exceeded 10x if you can believe it. The job of a wedding planner is not easy in normal circumstances, but Tasha Miller made it seem effortless even through the chaos of Covid-19 and the postponement of our wedding. Tasha truly understood all of our wants and needs and executed flawlessly from day 1 and then up to and beyond our wedding day. As if Tasha was fantastic enough on her own, she brought with her an associate or “bride-shadow” named Katie who was exceptional in her own right. Between the two of them, neither myself, my husband, or our families and friends had to think about any of the details or complete any tasks or errands during our special weekend. It’s difficult to even write this review because I don’t know if I’m able to put into words the amount of gratitude we have for Tasha, Katie, and the Meant2Be Events team. Forever grateful – Mr. & Mrs. Snow.

We found Emily right at the beginning of our planning which meant that we never had to struggle through thinking about what needed to be done. Emily set a timetable and gave us options (which reflected our previously discussed preferences) at each stage which meant that all we needed to do was make decisions. As a result, we had nothing further to sort out or book or buy in good time before the wedding and we could just look forward to our wedding weekend without the stress that I’ve seen couples go through in the last weeks/days leading up to their weddings. Aside from that Emily was always friendly, professional and had a great sense of humour. The planning process was fun and she was always more than happy for us to pick up the phone and chat through any issues outside of our regularly scheduled calls/meetings. On the weekend of our wedding Emily made sure that everything ran smoothly and a number of our guests later commented on how wonderful she had been. In short, we’re very glad that we had Emily’s help and guidance in planning our wedding and we had an amazing weekend which was exactly as we’d hoped it would be.

Where do I even begin? Emily! You are absolutely incredible at your job! We found Emily half way through our planning process and after the first initial phone call of speaking with each other, I just knew we would get along and she was who we wanted to help us plan our dream wedding day. Her style, personality, organisation and time keeping goes unmatched. From the moment Emily came on board, she really jumped right in the deep end and took every bit of stress, concern or worry about our day off my hands. When I tell you if you are looking for a planner, do NOT hesitate, Emily is worth every single penny!! Emily knew exactly my vision, she created us a vision board and got our style down so intently I felt like she had been inside my head. The day came around and when I tell you there isn’t one thing that wasn’t us, I’m not joking, it was genuinely like living in a dream. We had so many floral installations on the day and Emily made sure none of them went to waste, she had repurposed a lot of our flowers throughout the grounds and inside the marquee so that we would see them all throughout the day. The support, guidance, unlimited calls and texts, the pestering of me remembering something at 7pm and her responding almost instantly to calm me down, the constant reassurance that whatever we had planned will be perfect, the indecisiveness from my end and Emily telling me that it’ll look amazing, I honestly didn’t just have an amazing wedding planner but have gained an amazing life long friend. We really couldn’t have had such an amazing wedding day, where we felt so at ease and stress free without having Emily there on the day. From the bottom of our hearts, she was our ray of sunshine, and made our wedding day the best day of our lives. We are so sad the experience is now over, we will miss you so much Emily!

A day to cherish was the easiest and best decision we made while wedding planning. Cara, from start to finish, made the entire process seamless and perfect. I had very detailed visions for the rental furniture, the decor, the cake, the flowers, the order of events, on and on and her and her team (as well as her vendor referrals) made all our dreams come true. The day of our wedding was stress free, 100% enjoyable and came off as entirely effortless because she was on top of every single detail. There’s no way we could’ve done any of it without her. My only regret is that we somehow forgot to have any pictures taken together! We’re so thankful for her tremendous hard work and incredible can do and will do attitude!

At first the experience was good and I was excited to have this vendor on board with us, THEN… I caught our coordinator Stephanie in a handful of lies throughout the wedding planning process which in turn caused me to have multiple confrontations with other business relationships. From vendor contracts to misinformation of services, I have had very strained relations with a couple of my vendors towards the end of my planning because of Stephanie. Of course, all this tension buildup did nothing come the day of the rehearsal, when she put us down for the wrong day and time causing a massive fight to ensue between me, my bridal party, my groom, vendors and even, my future in-laws, who were paying for this wedding. Keeping track of a couple’s rehearsal date is something a wedding coordinator should have no problem doing and should be one of the most important tasks at hand. We had our bridal party angry with us because rehearsal started over 30 minutes late and we almost didn’t have a rehearsal because of Stephanie’s mistake. Our second venue coordinator had to completely turn her plans around all because our so-called main wedding coordinator couldn’t keep track of something as simple as our rehearsal date; and re-arrangements had to have been made with our rehearsal dinner. What was supposed to be a joyful occasion was awkward and tense; and made an already stressful situation worse when what we all should have been doing was relaxing and looking forward to our big day. My MIL even told me a few weeks after the wedding that she had to correct Stephanie a couple of times via email with the rehearsal dinner date; even though Cara (the owner), tried to pin the entire blame on me and my bridal party and said there was never any record of the proposed dinner being on a Thursday instead of Friday. On the upside, Stephanie and the team did have a few good points. The contacts they made within the industry have proven to be invaluable; as I took advantage of the many resources I had available to me. She was prompt to meetings most of the time and quick to return calls and messages. Despite the issue with the rehearsal dinner, the wedding itself went off without a hitch; everything was beautiful and better than I expected considering the way our rehearsal was almost ruined. The team on that respect did a near perfect job; However, all these pluses were overshadowed by lack of communication, no delivery on promises (was promised a video screen during cocktail hour but never executed), all while completely leaving us in the lurch a couple of days prior to our wedding for a “family emergency.” In addition, at the end of the night the team decided to up and chuck my husband’s groom cake without any warning or reason, costing us over 250 dollars that we never even got a taste of. We had hired Stephanie to make the planning process easier, however in many ways her and her team she made it worse. The team in general doesn’t come across as very professional and was very rude to my other vendors on the day of the wedding and if I had to do it all over again, I probably would not have hired A Day to Cherish for my wedding planning needs. For all you brides out there I caution you before hiring this “team of professionals” and do your research thoroughly and ask the questions before hiring this vendor so you can be sure of what you are getting yourselves into. I will never recommend ADTC to anyone and would advise other brides to look elsewhere for coordination services on their big day. It may cost a bit more money but in the grand scheme of things you will want to look back on your wedding with pride and joy not bitterness and regret the way I have had to.
